I have already tried that. I also tried removing the two webcams and re-installing them. Then I tried removing both and re-installing them one at a time. I would suggest you to install the latest webcam drivers from the manufacturer website and check.

This problem is totally weird. I decided to by two new webcams, Logitech C webcams and I have the same problem. One cam works second does not. What makes it even more odd is the second camera does not work even if I try to make it the only one connected!

I find it impossible to believe this is a defective camera. This would mean one of two of my original cams became defective and one of two of my new cams is defective!
